registered office is PO BOX 17040, Dubai, UAE. The term “you” refers to the user of Voice over IP services (also referred to as “VoIP”) provided by X SAT FZE or viewer of our web site.
X2DIAL™ and the X2DIAL Logo are trademarks owned by X SAT FZE.
X2DIAL™ refers to the all VoIP services and products branded as X2DIAL™ provided by X SAT FZE.
Use of X2DIAL™ Software
X2DIAL™ software, sometimes referred to as (the "Software") and accompanying documentation that are made available by download from this Site or on CD-ROM format are the copyrighted work of X SAT FZE. You will not be able to download or install any software that is accompanied by or includes an end user license agreement unless you agree to the terms of such end user license agreement. If you do not agree to such terms, you will not be able to use the Software. You may not decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software available on the Site.
Warranties and Disclaimers
Except as expressly provided otherwise in a written agreement between you and X SAT FZE, the materials in or purchased through this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, X SAT FZE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or the warranty of non-infringement. Without limiting the foregoing, X SAT FZE does not warrant that the functions contained in the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this service or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Emergency Calling:
Under no circumstances can X2DIAL™ be used to make emergency calls. X2DIAL™ does not replace your regular calling services for emergency calls.
Term of Use
The license for use of the Site and the Materials is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the Materials together with all copies thereof. This license will terminate upon conditions set forth elsewhere within this Terms of Use or if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Terms of Use. In such event, no notice shall be required by X SAT FZE to effect such termination. Upon termination of this Terms of Use, you agree to destroy the Materials together with all backup copies, modifications, printed or written materials, and merged portions in any form, or return same to X SAT FZE at your expense.
Pre-Paid Calling Account Policy
Your pre-paid calling account can only be used at X SAT FZE using X2DIAL™ certified software and or hardware. This pre-paid calling account cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, used, malfunctioned, altered, used without your permission, or otherwise destroyed. This pre-paid calling account is not exchangeable for cash. Other conditions may apply and are subject to change without notice. Account credit validity: 180 days from activation/ 90 days from first call/ 90 days from recharge. Refund Policy
Credits purchased for calls to or from X2DIAL™ will not be refunded. The internet, VoIP and the globally interconnected phone networks do not provide 100% guarantee of service. Calls to all phone numbers in the world are not supported. Quality of calls varies by computer, network, internet, phone line, mobile phone, headset, hardware, software, and interconnects between carriers. Problems experienced when dialing specific phone numbers at specific times should be reported to the online support team. Purchase and or use of X2DIAL™ pre-paid calling account constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Usage in the United Arab Emirates:
None of the VoIP products and services provided by X SAT FZE are to be used in the United Arab Emirates.
